Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Toots Kids gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Gift Card &  Ordering and Shipping

Online orders containing Gift cards shipped within our normal delivery timeframes.

Gift card code will be emailed to your recipient email address upon completing your order (should be in a matter of minutes). Plus there’s no delivery fee! 

If you find your gift card hasn't been received please check your Spam folder and/or if sending to a workplace or government email address the company or service provider may be blocking our email.

Please contact us with an alternative email address in which we can resend your Gift card code.

Using your Gift Card

Gift Cards  are redeemable  online. To use your Gift Card online, it must have a unique code that is located on the Gift Card.

Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Cards can be used for multiple transactions online  until the total amount of the Gift Card is fully redeemed. Any remaining amount will be saved automatically in our system and ready for your next purchase. You can also combine different payment methods at 'checkout', which allows you to split your order and use an Gift Card with Credit Card to pay the total order amount.

Expiration

Toots Kids Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months form the date of issue. Gift Cards must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

Conditions of Use

 The card is not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument. Valid until the earlier of 12 months from the date of issue or when no amount remains on the card. The card is partially redeemable and cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.
