How much does shipping cost?

  1. For Australia
  • STANDARD shipping (TRACKING PARCEL), we charge a flat fee of $10.99
  • For EXPRESS shipping where available, we charge a flat fee of $14.99
  • We offer FREE STANDARD shipping across Australia for orders equal to or over $150
2. For New Zealand, we charge a flat rate $18
3. For International shipping, we charge a flat rate of $20

 How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post  to get your goods to you from Burnside 3023, Victoria

  • In most cases your order will be dispatched from 2 or 7 business days, but please allow up to 10 days business days if you place the order in busy periods.
  • Once your order has left our warehouse : standard shipping order can take up to 5 or 6 business days to be delivered.  Express shipping orders will be delivered to all metro areas in 1 to 3 business days after being dispatched.

  • International orders please allow between 7 to 14 business days from despatch (depending on location) 

Where is my order?

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. If you haven't received a confirmation or shipping email, please check your junk/spam folder or ensure you entered the correct email address when placing your order. If not, you won’t receive updates from us.
  • The email will contain your  tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website. or Aramex website
  • If you do not receive the email notification, please log in to your Tootkids account and see the order history and the shipping status.

Toots Kids is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or for items lost in transit. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase, as we cannot be held accountable for incorrect details resulting in misdelivery. If your package is returned to us, reshipping will be at your expense. Unfortunately, if the item is not returned, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
